HERE'S INFO has been providing visitor information services to the hotel industry since 1993. It has developed a Business Centre service designed exclusively for hotels.

The service provides a turnkey package of furniture, equipment, software and management at no cost to the hotel. The physical layout of each Business Centre is designed to suit the space available, and the furniture finishes are matched to the Hotel's décor.
HERE'S INFO currently provides its Business Centre service to hotels in British Columbia and Alberta.

FEATURES

Wide range of services. Both the hotel and guests appreciate the selection of services provided. Laser printing is especially popular, including for guests who have laptops but are without a printer.
Simple and reliable for guests. Our service has proven to be extremely popular with guests because of its operating simplicity. Front Desk personnel appreciate the service because it relieves them from providing some of the services.
Completely hands off for the Front Desk. Detailed on-screen instructions prepare and guide the user through each of the services.
High level of physical and system security. The service is controlled through our server, which enables us to monitor the system usage and status.
Payment is by credit card, or ticket purchased at the Front desk. No cash is accepted.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Scanning. Scanned documents can be saved, emailed, printed, copied or faxed.
Internet & Email - high speed.
Messaging - MSN & ICQ
Access from a Guest supplied floppy disk, or CD,
Saving to a Guest supplied floppy disk or writing to a CD-R / CD-RW
USB Flash Memory key access. This allows a guest to bring their own files, use any of the above services and save the new and updated files, using their own storage device.
Digital Photo services including-

Access and download from 6 different types of camera memory cards
View a "slideshow" of the pictures on the memory cards
Photo enhancement using Adobe Photoshop Elements.
Email photos
Save photos to CD-R / CD-RW, or onto a USB Flash Memory key

Faxing - worldwide

RELIABILITY, SECURITY & MAINTENANCE
Our existing Centres have proven to be extremely reliable. Users are unable to initiate or pay for a session unless the system is connected to our server. This gives the hotel complete confidence that users will not pay for a session, only to find the system is out of order.
We take physical security seriously. Each piece of equipment is discretely secured with a strong security cable.
We provide same day service remotely or on site as necessary.
USAGE RATES
Rates are subject to agreement with each hotel and are maintained to be competitive with comparable services.
TERMS
We provide the service at no cost to the hotel. The Hotel provides the space, a high-speed internet cable and a phone connection. Revenues are shared with the hotel.
For hotel's that already have a business centre in place, we are prepared to install our system and operate the facility for the hotel on either a revenue sharing arrangement or for a flat monthly fee.
